Almost two decades of building high performing revenue teams.
I've spent my career building sales teams at Databricks and Box, two companies I joined early and helped grow into mature go-to-market organizations. I joined Databricks when it was under $20M in revenue and built the Startups and Growth segment from scratch. Over six years I scaled that business into one of the strongest segments in the company, co-developed the Databricks for Startups partner program, and led the global SDR org on an interim basis before moving into Enterprise to help evolve our new logo acquisition strategy globally.
Earlier, I joined Box as employee 35 and grew into Enterprise sales leadership as the company scaled toward IPO, staying on for three years after. Both experiences taught me what it takes to build a sales organization that scales. You build the systems, break them when they no longer fit, and rebuild them for the next stage of growth. Sales has real art to it, but a scalable revenue engine needs structure underneath. Today I advise founders and GTM leaders on building that structure early, so they can focus on hiring great people and growing fast.
